Using brand names like Pandora, Tiffany, or Swarovski in titles, tags, or descriptions without authorization is trademark infringement. Even phrases like "Pandora-style" or "Tiffany-inspired" can trigger enforcement action. Describe your items using generic terms such as "snake chain bracelet" or "charm-compatible bead" instead.

Jewelry sold in the US, EU, and other markets may be subject to lead and cadmium content limits, especially for children's jewelry. Nickel-free claims must be accurate. If you ship internationally, research destination-country regulations. Failure to comply can result in customer complaints and potential legal issues beyond Etsy enforcement.
